Reza serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer of UGS, providing executive leadership at the intersection of legal strategy, operational oversight, and institutional governance. With extensive experience across complex commercial, litigation, regulatory frameworks, immigration, and employment matters, he brings structured risk management and compliance discipline to global, multi-jurisdictional environments.
His approach integrates strategic legal foresight with operational detailed execution, strengthening organizational resilience, safeguarding enterprise integrity, and supporting mission-critical initiatives across diverse international markets.

Major General (Retired) John Wharton serves as Chairman & Senior Mentor of UGS. He completed 36 years of distinguished service in uniform, including leadership as Commander of the U.S. Army’s Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM). His commands included the Army’s Sustainment Command, Commanding General of U.S. Army Central G4, and senior sustainment leadership roles with the 101st Airborne Division, 82nd Airborne Division, 10th Mountain Division, and 25th Infantry Division. A graduate of the United States Military Academy and the Naval War College, he brings to UGS deep expertise in systems integration, operational resilience, and mission-focused material solutions particularly within complex and urban operational environments.
